Do clients (who are searching for a clinic) pay for this service?
No. This service is completely free for potential clients who are searching for a clinic.
Do my chosen professions restrict how my clinic is found in searches?
Yes. The professions you select for each of your branches determine how it is found in searches. You will not be found in searches for professions that you have not listed.
How will my clinic be found in a search?
Our system has defined a set of conditions (such as back ache, dental veneers, breast enhancement and so on) that people might be looking for help with. We have mapped these conditions to a range of services or treatments that address those needs. These services or treatments are provided by one or more professions. When you define your clinic you tell us what professions are offered by each of your locations. This forms a link from condition -> service/treatment -> professions -> your clinic. We match the search term with all of our conditions, services/treatments and professions to return every clinic (within the defined range) that match one or more of those terms.
Can I specify different professions for each of my branches?
Yes. Each of your clinic locations (or branches) can offer a different set of professions, which determines how each location appears in searches.
What is an introduction?
When a potential client searches on The Clinic Finder we present them with a list of clinics in their search area who might be able to help them. They can choose a clinic and click a button to be introduced to them.
How do introductions work?
When a potential client requests an introduction to a clinic, we ask them some basic questions. There is also a box where they can provide some additional information. When complete, we capture this information and send it to you in an email. At the same time, we send your details to the client, which means that you can get connected. We encourage clinics to take the lead and reach out to the client.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You just need to accept our terms & conditions.
Am I tied in to a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term and you can change your plan or cancel completely at any time.
What happens if I cancel my listing?
If you cancel your listing we will remove you from the site immediately so that you are no longer found in searches. We will send you a final invoice to settle any outstanding balance at the usual time.
What types of payment do you accept?
A basic listing is completely free. We use PayPal as our payment gateway for upgrades and enhancements. PayPal also accept credit and debit cards.
